Camp Victory is the new 295 acre addition to the Highground is 18 miles from the main campus. At Camp Victory, the goal is clear: To provide a safe environment for Veterans with TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury), PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and MST (Military Sexual Trauma), plus their families to connect, discuss their experiences, and continue to heal from the effects of serving our country. PTSD is a major issue for many Veterans and their families that cannot be addressed by a few organizations, but by many. We aim to make a difference for all veterans.
After you view the site, I hope you will join us in our march to the goal in the Capital Campaign. I remember the past (1984) when we first started, Mr. Steve Marcus of the national Marcus Corporation in Milwaukee gave us our first assistance on our then first Veterans Bike-a-thon along with TREK bikes. We could not have grown as much nor provide the current Veteran Programs without the many contributions and commitment to support Veterans and their families!
However, as we have experienced in the past, honoring Veterans isnít the only concern. The true concern, and crucial part of the Capital Campaign, is providing and improving the services offered to Veterans and families. We do need your help if possible.
