(Thank you so much Gunny for joining our OJC Board Members this morning! You certainly had a positive impact on the Boy Scout troop visiting our Headquarters Building today.

Your display was spot on and your message to our future leaders..... perfect! A big shout out and thank you to this local Boy Scout troop for their effort, time and support on this Saturday morning! We couldn't reach our mission without our dedicated and devoted community!)

James Crupi passed away April 7

Eddie Neas,
April 7 at 1:01 PM

It is with heavy heart that I regret to have to inform you that our dear friend, fellow Marine and Slattery Detachment member James Crupi passed away yesterday at Brightview Senior Living Center In Randolph NJ. Jim was a very proud Life Member of the Slattery Detachment #206 and was loved by all. I share with you Jimís biography which was used at a ceremony in November of 2015 when Jim was presented the Distinguished Military Service Award by the Freeholders of the County of Morris. For those of you who were not aware Jim was 88 years old. There will be a private ceremony for immediate family members only. However, in the future Jimís daughters will hold a service celebrating the life of their father. The family will notify the Slattery Detachment at a point in time when the current climate has improved. Semper Fidelis Marine; your heart will always live on within our beloved Detachment! Job well done and Rest In Peace our brother!!! ????????
